Gluten Free Holiday Stuffing

Cook Time: 30-35 minutes



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a large frying pan. Saute onion, celery, garlic, and mushrooms about 4 minutes. Add Metropolitan Gourmet Gluten Free Stuffing to frying pan and mix well.  Add one can of Gluten Free chicken broth and mix well. Transfer stuffing to casserole dish and cover. Bake for 30-35 minutes in preheated oven.  (Of course you can always stuff this into a turkey or chicken if you prefer!)
