Tae Kwon Tuna
These mini tuna meatballs from Momables.com are filled with Vitamin B6 and very yummy for little tikes and big bosses alike. All you need is about two cans of tuna, drained and two tablespoons of Metropolitan Gourmet Gluten Free Breadcrumbs and one and a half tablespoons of your fave Italian dressing. Set your oven to 350F, grease a baking sheet and put the tuna in a bowl. Break the tuna chunks up with a fork before adding in the breadcrumbs and the dressing. Mix until well blended and smooth. Using your (clean) hands roll the tuna into balls and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve as desired! I like mine on top of Gluten Free Annie’s Mac n Cheese and my little ones love them as cold finger foods!
